Friday 20th March: Why Doesn’t Everybody Stop?
Why Doesn’t Everybody Stop was inspired by a friend who is directly affected by the unrest in Iran. She wrote about not being able to understand how the world can just go on, when people are fighting, and dying, for their freedom.
I’ve often felt this absurdity- how to reconcile that people are starving, dying, while I’m sitting on the couch watching TV?

Friday 3rd April: I Wanna See You
I wrote I Wanna See You as a way to connect more deeply with my work as a self-expression coach and facilitator. It’s my honour to witness people stepping into a fuller, multicolour expression of who they really are- beyond the expectations and shoulds.
I’m also on this journey, so this song is, of course, for me too 🥰

It’s time to take off the halo and reclaim our power.
This song was inspired by a module in Lovisa Alsén’s Awakening Feminine Leadership training. It grieves the energy wasted on trying to be good - an impossible challenge considering all the mixed messages we get about how we’re supposed to be.
